Custom Order Policy
Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing of custom party favor orders.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and begin processing. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your completed order is released or shipped.
Once your order is confirmed and the deposit has been paid, no changes can be made. Please carefully review all quantities, personalization details, names, dates, colors, and other information before submitting your deposit.
Because party favors are prepared specifically for your event, all deposits are non-refundable.
